Most notes on the site can be previewed, so the customer can view their personalization in different fonts and manipulate the size and placement of their personalization. We want the customer to get exactly what they want and this feature definitely takes the guess work out of online shopping. Please find more information about our other "Everything" features under their tabs or below. We use the term "Everything" because we really do have everything for Parties, Weddings, Babies, Paper, and Gifts. Our site really does have it all! Any questions you have, we are here to answer. Phone: 866.468.4833 or 615.353.1032 ProofsMost vendors offer a black and white fax proof for a nominal fee. If you choose this option, located on the checkout page, it will be faxed within 72 hours of receipt of the order. This will prolong production time. If there is no proof option available and a proof is desired, please call or e mail, and a customer service representative will be glad to assist you. Rush OrdersRush orders are available and will incur an additional charge depending on each vendor. Rush orders will usually ship within 2 days of receipt of order, unless a proof is requested. For more specific ship dates and rush options, please contact customer service and a representative will be happy to answer questions. Cancellations and ReturnsYIS does offer proofs on most vendors and a preview option to check spellings and fonts is available on most items. Please note that the preview option is not a proof of the order. We will take the liberty of correcting the sizing and copy placement to fit the card appropriately. Please use the special instructions box located on the bottom of each personalization page to add your additional requests and concerns. YIS cannot be responsible for mistakes missed by the customer, but will happily reprint the order for a discounted price depending on the vendor and item. In the rare case that YIS has made an error we will happily and promptly reprint the order at no cost. Once any item has been ordered (including blank stock), there are no returns, cancellations, or refunds. Preview OptionPlease note that the preview option is not a proof of the order. It is a preview of spelling and font selections. The size of the font and the copy placement of the text may not be exact depending on the font and card selected. We will take the liberty of correcting the size and copy placement of the order to fit the card appropriately. Please use the special instructions box located on the bottom of each personalization page to add your additional requests and concerns. The preview button is located on the personalization page, however the feature may not be available for certain items. The customer will be prompted with a disclaimer when this is the case. Duplicate OrdersIf you are ever unsure that an order has gone through, please contact us. Never enter an order twice. It is more difficult to stop a duplicate order due to the number of vendors we work with and the efficient pace at which we turn orders around. ShippingUPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS are the main carriers we use. Most items will ship within 5 business days of the original order. Please use our shipping guide (link) to find out about pricing and turn around times. Please not that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. The "ship to" address must be a business or residence. If several unsuccessful attempts have been made to the "ship to" address, and it is returned to us, we cannot be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you. Saturday DeliverySaturday Delivery is available to most zip codes. Please call our customer service line for quotes and appointment times. International ShippingPlease call our customer service for quotes and scheduling. Delayed OrdersIn the rare case your order is delayed due to circumstances outside of our control (inclement weather or backorders) we will inform you promptly and assist your needs satisfactorily.
